With the latest config.defs commit (r14684), sipXconfig no longer reads
the values of SIPXCHANGE_DOMAIN_NAME or SIPXCHANGE_REALM from the
config.defs file. Instead, these params are read directly from the
sipx-setup generated domain-config file the first time that sipXconfig
starts and on subsequent upgrades. I did extensive testing on this,
however it is a rather large change from a sipXconfig perspective, so
please keep an eye out for problems that may be related to the change.
The good news is that this commit should do away with the problem of
conflicting realms that were seen on occaision due to the realm being
defined in two places (config.defs and domain-config). Please note that
the SIPXCHANGE_DOMAIN_NAME and SIPXCHANGE_REALM params are still present
in config.defs, as they are still used in several other places in sipX.
I will be working over the next week to remove the remaining references
to these params.

Kevin
