Hi All,

While testing the MS Exchange Voicemail compatibility with the SCS, I
have a query with voicemail deposit scenario.

Steps :
1. Configure MS Exchange server with the Dialplan, Mailbox policy, Auto
Attendant (299) and the gateway.
2. Add a Voicemail dialplan with SCS to connect to MS Exchange server.
3. Assign Microsoft Exchange UM Voicemail Server permission to user say 300
4. Dial 300 from user and do not answer the call. Let the call roll over
to Voicemail.

Here, MS Echange plays the prompt to convey that the recorded Voicemail
is delivered.
But the Voicemail is neither available in MS Exchange inbox for user 300
nor 300's Internal VM inbox!

Observation :
1. Call rolls over to MS Exchange Voicemail. ( so I guess it is not an
SIPxchange issue)
2. After the voicemail is sent (by pressing 1) it played the prompt
"message sent. Goodbye" and the call gets disconnected.
3. If I login to MS Exchange VM inbox from TUI to retrieve the VM, It
says "No voicemails!"

Could anybody please let me know if there is any setting with MS
Exchange causing this.
I checked the configuration in Exchange. Its same as that I used to do
before. Previously it used to store the VM in MS Exchange VM Inbox with
same settings that I am having now.

Thanks,
Akshata
