The problem with that in configtest is that the failure may be due to a
temporary DNS problem (including one at the remote domain); that's a
problem in that things won't work correctly, but I don't think it rises
to the level of stopping the process from starting, because it could
correct itself.

Perhaps sending (one) alarm after startup if the stun server resolution
fails?
