Maybe in the sipXconfig Alerts page it should be a little more clear?

See 'sipx-servtest --help' for a description of what is tested.  It's a
pretty comprehensive test, so depending on which step failed it could
mean a lot of things.

I'm not sure how that test gets triggered.

If you run the test manually (from the shell) on the system that sent
you the alarm, you should be able to figure out what's wrong.
