Hi all, How about having a feature to mark the VM in the inbox as heard/unheard?
Login to user portal which has VM permission enabled. Currently once we listen to VM, it is marked as heard. Significant changes i.e unbold letters with open letter sign is showed. But we cannot make the HEARD VM as UNHEARD VM. It would be nice to have such feature. If all agree, I will open an improvement issue with the same.
