Hi All, If we login to user portal and go to voicemail, we have folders called Inbox, Trash, Saved
It will be nice to have a Sent Items folder too. How a user will get to know the details of the voicemails that has been sent? Currently we don't have anything which keeps record of your sent items. If we have sent items folder, we can have the records of sent voicemails to respective users. It may be a bit difficult to implement but will be a useful feature. If agreed, I will open an improvement issue.
