Hi All, Following steps are to be followed for ACD supervisor.. 1) Add ACD server with Queue Q1 and add two agents say 170, 171. Add a line 555 2) Add a user group "ACD_user" with users 170 and 171. 3) Add a new user 313, navigate to 313 user page and click on "ACD agent supervisor" link. 4) Now, enter the "ACD_user" in the edit box. So, user 313 is set as supervisor for the group "ACD_user". 5) Login to the config UI as 313. Expected result : ACD Supervision tab should be present to monitor the agents details. Actual result : There is *NO ACD Supervision tab * present in the 313 user page ! Is this the Bug? Thanks, Venu Hi All, ACD supervisor tab was present in 3.10.1 builds in end user portal,could some one tell me whether the tab was removed intensionally or it is a BUG.
