If you have set an Overflow destination for a queue(QUEUE1), you won't be able to set the Overflow entry for it (QUEUE1). The Overflow entry just won't take the value entered. In other words, you can either set Overlfow to a queue, or set it to an Overflow entry. But from user experience point of view, I think it should either give an error when user tries to configure "Overflow entry" when "queue" is selected as the "Overflow Type", or hide the field of "Overflow entry" when the "Overflow Type" is "queue". If no objection, I will open an improvement JIRA issue for it.
