Hi All,

Precondition :
System-->Servers-->SIP Proxy
Default Expiration= 300

Polycom phones--- here in Lines->Diversion->On No Answer Timeout to 300,
and in the <Phones>-->Call Handling Offering timeout and Ringback
timeout parameters to 300  is set up for the caller phones and agents.

Setup :
Set ACD server with 2 Queues "Q1" and "Q2"as follows :
a) Name: Q1
Overflow Type : Queue
Overflow destination : queue Q2
Call routing scheme : Ring All
Maximum ring delay : 20
Maximum queue length : 2
Maximum wait time : 150
FIFO Overflow : Checked
Answer mode : Deferred
Welcome audio : welcome.wav
Queue audio : queue1.wav
Agent wrap-up time : 0
Agent Non-Responsive time : 0
Maximum Bounce Count : 0
3 Agents : A1, A2, A3

b) Name : Q2
Overflow entry : Agent A4
Call routing scheme : Ring All
Maximum ring delay : 20
Maximum queue length : 2
Maximum wait time : 150
FIFO Overflow : Checked
Answer mode : Deferred
Welcome audio : welcome.wav
Queue audio : queue2.wav
Agent wrap-up time : 0
Agent Non-Responsive time : 0
Maximum Bounce Count : 0
2 Agents : A5 and A6

Set ACD line as 888 to Q1.
Sign in A1, A2, A3, A5 and A6 from Agent Availability page.
Dial the ACD line 888.
Expected response : A1,A2 and A3 should ring and do not answer the call.
After Maximum wait time of Q1 (150 seconds), call should overflow to the
overflow queue Q2 and agents A5, A6 should ring. Do not answer the call.
After Maximum wait time of Q2 (150 seconds), call should overflow to the
Overflow Entry and the agent A4 should ring.

Actual response : A1, A2 and A3 ring for Maximum wait time(150 seconds)
and the call is overflowed to the Q2 and agents A5 and A6 ring only for
30 seconds and get disconnected.

Note: The above mentioned behavior is seen only when the answer mode is
set to Deferred or Never.

Please let me know whether the above behavior is related to the
XECS-2304 issue or am I missing any configuration part.
