After upgrade to 3.11.11-014881 I'm not able to connect to web gui.
Sipxproc shows that config server is running:

sipxconfig.log blames absence of /etc/sipxpbx/ssl/ssl-web.keystore file:.
Though I'm not sure if it is a root cause.
