I also re-created issue by putting DND on the set that is called so user goes directly to VMail. After leaving message and hanging up no MWI is seen and after accessing the Mailbox no message is seen. If I press # then 2 after leaving a message then MWI works and a message is seen when the mailbox is accessed.
