Is there anything of interest in the sipXconfig log?  Preferably a stack
trace for us to look at?  If nothing in the log, try to start sipXconfig
manually with sipxconfig.sh (no arguments needed).  This will print all
error and stdout to the console and if there is a problem this is the
fastest way to get it to show up.
