Could someone please advice on the expected behavior of the following
scenario.

Hi All,
Could anybody provide me the steps or the test points to test the
parameter for "Termination tone duration" and "Call Termination Audio"
in ACD
I tried with the following scenario but dint work as expected.
My setup:
----------
1.Set a ACD server with Queue Q1
2.Set the following parameters to Queue Q1.
Assign 3 agents (500(A1),530(A2),540(A3)) to the Queue Q1.
Call routing scheme : Ring all, Answer mode : Immediate
Maximum queue length : 2
ring delay:15.
Maximum wait time:*10 *sec
3..Call termination audio is set to <Blank>
4.Termination tone duration :0
[Help text says "The duration in seconds that the termination tone (busy
tone) is to be played if no call-termination-audio is specified and the
call is to be dropped by the queue. A value of zero indicates that no
tone is to be played prior to dropping the call.

5.Sign in all the Agents.
6.Set ACD Line as 111
7.Activate the ACD Server.
8.Dial the Line 111, all the three Agents starts ringing, answer the
call on A1.
9.Dial the Line 111, two Agents starts ringing, answer the call on A2.
10.Dial the Line 111, one Agents starts ringing, answer the call on A3.
11.Dial the Line 111, It enters into the queue and Queue andio is played.
12.Wait for 10sec.
[*Note*:No overflow destination/entry is specified]
After waiting for 10secs 4th caller dint get disconnected and still was
playing Queue audio.wav
Could anybody guide me if the above set up is incorrect.
