If early media required 100rel, a lot of problems would be reduced.  But
I fear that it is not so.  I've not heard of such a rule on the SIP
mailing list, and I can't find any statement like that in RFC 3262.
(There are no occurrences of "early" or "media", and no use of "MUST" is
in a statement like this.)  Can you point me to the reference in the
Sofia code?
