we have noticed that sipXecs does not allow to set more than 2 different 
auto-switch time ranges for the Auto Attendant rule to be used for Day/Night 
service mode: actually other proprietary Telephone Systems allow to set 
multiple auto-switch time ranges, so that they could be used for example for 
launch time or for changing the welcome message from the morning to the 
afternoon.
 
Browsing the Jira Issue tracker, in order to find out if the question was been 
already raised, I have found the Jira issue XPB-710 "sipX should allow multiple 
time-of-day ranges in a dial plan" -->

would be possible, with the current 3.10 release or with the coming release 4, 
to have at least 3 different time-of-day ranges in a dial plan for the Auto 
Attendant rule.
 
Basically other proprietary telephone systems are able to configure the Auto 
Attendant in a way that:
 
 - during a morning working hour range (for example from 9 am to 1 pm) the 
incoming call is connected to the AA welcome message
 - during the lunch hours (so from 1 pm to 2 pm) the system will automatically 
switch all the incoming calls to another AA message that says that the office 
is closed for lunch hours 
 - during the afternoon working hour range (for example from 2 pm to 6 pm) the 
system will automatically switch all the incoming calls again to the previous 
AA welcome message used for the morning working hour range 
 - finally during the night hours (from 6 pm until 9 am of the next day) the 
system will automatically switch all the incoming calls to a third AA message 
that says that the office is closed
 
So we were wondering if it would be possible, with the new release 4 to remove 
the current limitation of only one working hour range and one night service one 
(for automatic switching) and to allow to set the sipXecs AA system working in 
the way described before, using for example the Dial Plan Scheduling capability.
 
Please let me know in case I have not been clear enough.
