Damian and I just chatted about this, and I think we agree.

Firstly, I don't plan include this in XCF-3226 for 4.0.  There's a new
JIRA to cover it, hopefully to be included in 4.2: 

   XCF-3504: Add the "Dest number IP -> Tel" Manipulation Table to the
Audiocodes (Gateway) profile

This JIRA requests that the whole "Dest number IP -> Tel" table be
added, since the entire table is useful.  But we only want to include
this one, and not the other three manipulation tables.

Also, this table should only be used in conjunction with the SAS
feature, so I've asked that it be put on a "Stand-Alone Survivability"
screen.
