Why is it that by default all new Users do not have permission to be listed in the Attendant Directory so they in fact by default cannot be contacted by using the dial by name feature? Would it not be easier for all users to be given this permission and be listed in the Auto Attendant directory so they can be accessed by the dial by name feature by default. It would then be up to the administrator to remove those new Users he did not want to be accessed in this way? I assume that the larger number of users on any system will need to be accessed using AA/Dial by name rather than not be.
