using latest 3.11.12... I created a profile for a softphone (added a line) for CMC Enterprise, sent the profile and confirmed it was in the tftproot. I installed Bria professional and entered the key, exited the application so I could get the initial login/provisioning screen back up.
Where would you view the logging for this registration attempt? What are the proper credentials to use on the initial screen? username=200 and [email protected] password=xxxyyyzzz server=example.com and sipx.example.com I get a "! Error in response from server, please try again." While I have no issue provisioning a line manually, I want to avoid this if possible and try the plugin. I am trying from the local network (NAT not in the way). in testing the connection from outside to sipxconfig I see links which brings me to https://sipx.mydomain.com:8443/cmcprov/WEB-INF/ but the .ini file is not in there.
