is enabling syslog access from the sipxecs-setup-system script - I'm
starting on it now.

I think that including them in the snapshots should be free if I can
configure syslog to drop the files somewhere under SIPX_LOGDIR, but even
if it isn't it's easy to change what snapshots include.
