I found the problem.
It was my mistake.
Very sorry for bothering you... 
(The problem was that I checked correct name-address resolution with
nslookup command and it gave me 172.23.19.5 for yate.lab.nstel.ru. But...
Nslookup does not look into /etc/hosts.... where the string
172.23.19.6 yate.lab.nstel.ru 
Somehow creeped in... I removed that line and it's working ok now).
