Note that the server has changed its identification from "<https://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org:443> sipXecs" to "<https://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org:443> Sipxecs SVN", so even if your password hasn't changed, svn's password caching system will prompt you. But that will create a new cache entry, and you should not see it again.
