Because there wasn't anything you needed to do (except, as Dale pointed
out that I accidentally didn't preserve the authetication realm, so you
should be challenged once for your password)... I moved the repository
and changed the DNS to point to the new system.
Your name resolution for sipxecs.sipfoundry.org is incorrect, I think;
the right answer is:

sipxecs.sipfoundry.org has address 67.221.235.27
the old host is 216.142.118.34
but I've shut down apache on it, so the old repository is no longer
reachable...
