Hi,

I wanted to shorten the SipX recompilation process and decided to
recompile just one module (the sipxregistrar). I installed the SipX
4.0.0 rpms (including the devel rpms) and then I installed the source
rpm for sipxregistrar (same release, SRPM area). The compilation went
without a hitch. I noticed, however, that the binary (sipxregistrar) is
significantly larger than the original (about 600k, the original was
about 200k). After installation (sipxregistrar plus the .so files) the
component does not start, however. On the management console it is shown
as "Failed" without further explanation and it does not write anything
into the log (debug level logging).

What could have possibly gone wrong?

Regards,

Gabor
