Unfortunately, the issue with XTRN-622 is reproducible with a much more basic configuration. User X with a single phone and a forward-no-answer rule to PSTN via Audiocodes M1K gateway. The gateway, at least in this particular setup, does not respond to subscription requests. This causes the proxy to wait for the response from the gateway holding onto the 407 from the first forked branch and pickup fails. So, I think this issue is more serious then described in the ticket. I updated the ticket with the simplified scenario.
