My employer is in the process of converting from an Asterisk based PBX
to sipXecs. The conversion process must not hinder our current
operations or create any down-time, so nights/weekends is the only time
this conversion can happen. I'm relatively new to sipX and I don't feel
comfortable tackling the project alone. My ideal candidate is a
developer with experience setting up sipXecs for ITSPs; Someone who can
assist in the design process, provide guidance as to the proper
configuration, and perform troubleshooting if needed.

We have a relatively small network. It consists of a AudioCodes Mediant
1000 with one PRI coming in and a MP-114 FXO with 3 1FB lines. Our 800
number is associated with one of those 1FB lines. Inbound calls from the
3 1FB lines should be placed into a queue which rings members of the
"shop" group. If possible management would like for the receptionist's
extension to ring first before being sent to the ring-all queue.

During off-hours, weekends, and holidays that 800 number must forward to
a predefined answering service number. The management would prefer this
happen in a manual fashion rather than by automated attendant (i.e. any
user within the "shop" group can dial *72 and it will unconditionally
forward any inbound calls from the MP-114 to 555-555-1212. *73 would
disable this).

We have one customer with a DID off the PRI who is using AsteriskNOW
behind a NAT, another with a SPA-2102 ATA, and the rest of the DIDs are
assigned to users/members of the "shop" group.

We have multiple locations that will need to be interconnected
eventually. This will probably happen within a year or so.

If you're interested please contact me via email at your earliest
convenience to exchange contact information, pricing, etc.

Thank you,
Matt Keys
