Hi Matt,
did you install using yum or from an ISO?
If you installed with yum you might got this issue:
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-5738

If you installed from the ISO you might had something like this
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-5745

this last issue was already resolved in the build you are using but it 
might be something similar. Try to see if it happen changing the time 
range. Have a look in sipxconfig.log, you might spot some exceptions 
telling what went wrong.
