Hi All,

This was tested on build 4.0.1-015823
Setup :
Set ACD server with a queue by name "Queue1" as follows:
Name: Queue1
Call routing scheme: Ring All
Maximum ring delay : 20
Maximum queue length : 2
Maximum wait time : 60
FIFO Overflow : Checked
Answer mode : Immediate
Welcome audio : welcome.wav
Queue audio : queue1.wav
Agent wrap-up time : 0
Agent Non-Responsive time : 0
Maximum bounce count : 0
3 Agents : A1 , A2 , A3

Set ACD line as 666 to Queue1.
Sign In A1, A2, A3 from Agent Status page.

Steps to reproduce :
1.Dial the ACD line 666. Welcome audio is played and all the 3 agents 
start ringing.
2.Reject the call on A1,  A2 and A3 both continue to ring as expected.
3.Now, reject the call on A2 , only A3 rings with A1 and A2 in idle state.
4.Now, reject the call on A3 , at this moment all the agents A1, A2 and 
A3 start ringing.

But when the above scenario was tested on the build 3.11.11-014847 
following was the response :
1.After dialing the ACD line 666. Welcome audio was played and all the 3 
agents rang.
2.When the call on A1 was rejected , A2 and A3 continued to ring with A1 
in idle state.
3.When the call on A2 was rejected , A3 and A1 were ringing.
4.When the call on A3 was rejected , A1 and A2 were ringing.

Please let me know whether, is this due to a code change or is this an 
issue?
