Hi all,

I performed a "yum install sipxecs" on freshly installed CentOS 5.2 and Fedora
10 systems, and it worked well on both. A number of required dependency
packages were automatically included from the standard repositories for these
distributions.

Running sipxecs-setup though caused an error:

             â UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION CAPTURED:
     â
             â
     â
             â <type 'exceptions.IOError'>: [Errno 2] No such file or
directory: â
             â '/var/named/bcmsl2175.ca.nortel.com.zone' (exception occured in
     â
             â file: /usr/libexec/sipXecs/sipxecs_setup_common.py, line: 666)
     â
             â .....

Simply installing the "bind" package fixed the problem.

But I think it would be better to resolve this problem with an RPM dependency
instead. If there are no objections, then I'll add one to the sipxpbx RPM.
