In the process of getting the XMPP prototype out, a few commits
included changes to both sipxOpenfire and sipxConfig projects. Got a
bit confusing to sort things out using svn merge and conflicts were
many so I did the "merge" manually because of this and only committed
changes to the sipXopenfire and sipXcommons directories.

I have not yet committed top level dependencies.mak so it does not as
yet build from the top level. I will do so when sipxConfig has
completed with its merge.

Mircea, please go ahead with your patch generation and please let me
know if I missed something.
