Can you try calling SwAdminRpc.exec with the host name 
"harkonen.itcnetworks.ro" instead of "moon.itcnetworks.ro".. From the 
sipXsupervisor side, it looks like either the connection is not SSL or the host 
name does not match the name in the peer certificate.
