I have made two commits for http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-5439. The first adds a "shared" parameter to user configuration in sipXconfig. This parameter is on the primary user edit screen. Selecting this checkbox will mark a user as being shared in order to support BLA.
The second change is to set the value of 'type' and 'thirdPartyName' in the polycom config in accordance with the value of the shared param for the user (AOR) that is related to the line (Appearance). (I think I got that terminology right... had to read through the other thread a few times). This is all in accordance with my understanding of the discussion at http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.voip.sipx.devel/17135 The final piece that I am working on now is to support the generation of the appearance-groups.xml config file. In order to do this I am creating a new sipxSaaService in sipXconfig, and file generation will be handled as it is for other services.
