It is not specific to the ITSP. It addresses a few bugs which have all been documented in JIRA. You can look at the version of Jar file. You can do this by unarring it and looking at the meta data that is part of that jar file. I cannot enumerate the resolved issues off hand. This version (or newer) will be part of 4.02. I prefer that any testing be done against this patch as opposed to anything older so that any potetnial problems reported can at least be fresh problems and not those that have already been resolved.
