Hi All, Query regarding XX-5492 (Enhanced Codec Preferences selection GUI control). The GUI is been successfully implemented for Polycom Phones. I was updating the test cases for the same and came across the following scenario. Kindly suggest the Expected result for the below mentioned scenario. Scenario: ---------- 1.Navigate to the Phone<mac id>---->Voice/Codec page. 2.From the "Selected" codec list deselect all the default values and Add some other codec say Siren.14(24kbps) to the "Selected" codec list. 3.Save the changes made to the page and send the profile to respective phone.  Actual result: -This particular codec do not get reflected in the webUI of the respective Polycom Phone. -The values under the tab "Codec Preference" is displayed with the default codec values of the Polycom Phones though the default values are removed. Query: ---------- 1.What should be the Expected Result of the above scenario? 2.How a differently selected codec(other than default) value can be tested with a Polycom phones? Note: The changed value gets successfully updated in the tftproot (less/var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot/0004f21f624b-sipx-sip.cfg) of the phone. <codecs> <preferences voice.codecPref.IP_650.Siren22.64kbps="1" /> Thanks in Advance, Chitralekha. |
