This query is regarding 'Reload live bookmark' in RSS feed.
Precondition:
The browser is set to check the update in website(sipxconfig) every 3 min..
Steps followed:
1) I have registered 778 and 779 users to the SCS.
2) User 779 subscribed for RSS feed service.
3) After subscription, I cleared the history and opened a fresh mozilla
window.
4) Deposited few voicemail messages for the user 779.
5) In the newly opened mozilla window,clicked on the RSS feed icon of
user 779.
Expected Result:
The newly deposited messages should get displayed when clicked on RSS
feed icon of 779.
Actual Result :
The newly deposited messages not shown when clicked on RSS feed icon
even after 3 minutes.
Note :
When I right click on the RSS feed icon and select 'Reload Live
Bookmark', getting 'Live Bookmark feed failed to load' message.
Observation:
The above mentioned behavior is not observed if I follow the below
mentioned steps:
1. Open a fresh mozilla window, click on the Rss feed icon and select
'Open "Voicemail:<userID>"'.
2. In the Authentication Required window, give the voicemail username
and password details.
3. Once the authentication details are entered then 'Reload live
bookmark' works as expected.
I feel that this issue is related to XX-6159.
