There is a utility which will help me to debug sipxsaa issues: sipx-snapshot-saa. If you run this script when you notice a problem, it will log the internal state of all the sipxsaa objects at INFO level, both marking the spot where the problem occurred, and providing info to help determine what went wrong. The log level for SAA should be set to INFO or DEBUG to capture this information.
