Yes. User will be able to edit his/her Contact Information. There is only one place where user contact info is kept - superadmin sees the same data for the user as user. So the changes are visible at the same time: no sync is needed. I am not sure about sync with 3rd party plugins like XMPP clients or IM OpenFire. I would certainly encourage that plugin developers implement that. sipXconfig supports rest service to allow for retrieving and changing user contact info.
