I won't characterize it as two ways of doing it. Rather the Personal Assistant needs to be aware of the setting so it doesn't advertise "To Transfer to Joe, press 2, To leave a message for Joe, press 3", caller presses 2 and is immeiately sent to Joe's mailbox.
