The issue suggests using a plug-in called "Monitoring Service" and creating management around that. This is a very nice plug-in however I also notice that an Audit log is available directly within openfire. What are the exact compliance (as per the JIRA) requirements for this? Just an archive of the messages? Or Full graphical search and filtering.
