Please check sipXconfig/plugins directory. You should be able to clone one
of the existing plug-ins, remove .java files, remove files under etc and
put the files relevant to you phone there.
Edit build.xml (it's just need name changes) and try running 'ant' from
your plugin directory and see if your plugin gets built...
If you want to use Eclipse edit '.project' file.

Good point. We should encourage people to start writing plugins in
'plugins' directory not in sipXconfig core. Let me know how this worked for
you, and I'll write something up.
