when the port changes things get more complicated.

I'm trying to understand what causes sipX to behave one way or the other.
 Is it a function of load?  stay on the same port for small volume but as
volume increases it cycles ports or something?  I can't really make sense of
it..

if we know how it is supposed to function we will be better at getting our
systems to work with it.
