I think people gave you indication earlier on how this can be done (SOAP, etc.). What you are trying to do is use the CLI, whereas the intent of the project to is to make the functionality built into sipxconfig.
So you are trying to use the CLI and the project never really intended the CLI for management purposes, hence the functionality you want might not be there. Not being bumped, but not many more ways to put it. Sorry. If the functionality is build into one of the integration methods already available, you should use that instead, obviously.
