The sipxrest rpm, sipxcallcontroller and sipxcdrlog rpms should all be included in the ISO image. I believe Ranga wanted stability of the components and appropriate sipXconfig management for the server to be there before including them in an ISO. I think that the stability is there now and I thought I saw submissions for the management but I'm not quite sure. A Jira should be raised to track the ISO install.
