An issue that I had with the Long Distance Jasper report has recently been re-opened stating that the report should include calls that are in the category of:
1. Long Distance 2. Restricted 3. International 4. Toll Free 5. Local First of all Local calls should definitely not be included. The other call types to include though are up for debate. I can fairly easily add the other types of calls, however, should they be added to the Long Distance report (possibly grouped by type), appear in their own report or not appear in any report at all? My personal opinion is that it's okay to include them in the Long Distance report but they should be in their own group so that its easy to identify the different types. If I were to change the Long Distance Report though, I think it should be as a result of a new Jira and not the re-opening of an existing one. Any thoughts?
