I'm thinking to develop a rather simply monitoring application to display the current stats of the queue using ACD presence WSDL. However, I found very little information about it except the published WSDL. Has anybody done it before? I'm planning to use .NET. I understand that it runs on port 8020, and I don't see Visual Studio can automatically generate WSDL reference from that as well. Any comments will be helpful. Thanks.
