Hi All, This is a Query regarding the parameter "Phone presence in IM status" and "Call info in IM status" of the Instant Messaging.
1.Add a user group "InstantMessaging" with the following settings: -IM Enabled -Phone presence in IM status:Disabled -Call info in IM status:Disabled. -Status message" On the Phone<default> 2.Add users 300,400 and 500 to the user group "InstantMessaging" [Note:Here users 300,400 and 500 will be added as buddies to their respective clients under InstantMessaging group.] 3.Keep user 300 and 400 busy by audio connecting on IM.(running @call ) Here,after step3, In my oinion,According the help text provided for "Phone presence in IM status", The Busy status of user 300 and 400 should NOT be advertised on user client 500. The current behavior: The "Busy" status of user 300 and 400 is shown with the message as "On the phone" on the Client 500. Please Confirm. Regarding the parameter "Call info in IM status" the help text provided on the Configui do not give much information. Kindly suggest what this parameter actually does.
