Hi All,

This query is regarding replication of the options available under IM chat room on Openfire Server.

Precondition:
----------------
1.Add a Audio Conference say "Qantom" to Configui.
2.Assign Owner (say user 120) with the IM enabled to the user.

Steps:
------
1.Navigate to the Conferencing>>Conference>>Qantom>>IM Chat Room.
2.IM Chat Room page opens with the 5 options to configure the Chat room.
3.Make the following Changes and Save:-

Moderated :Enable
Public :Disable
Members-only :Enable
Persistent :Disable
Conversation Logging:Disable

After making the following changes, varify the changes made on Openfire Server. Openfire Server>>Group Chat>>Room Administrator>>qantom(added conference)>>Room Options,

Result:-
--------
1.For Moderator option:
Enabling/Disabling this option is NOT replicated on the Openfire Server.
The Changes do not get updated for "Make Room Moderated" under Openfire server.
In my opinion this looks like a bug.

2.For Public option:
On Enabling/Disabling this parameter, the value replicates for the "List Room in Directory" on the Openfire Server. which is true as per the discussion link: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev/msg20019.html

3.For Members Only option:
On Enabling/Disabling this parameter, the value gets replicates for "Make Room Members-only" successfully on the Openfire server.

4.For Persistent option:
On Enabling/Disabling this parameter, the value DO NOT get replicated on any of the options available on the Openfire Server.
*Query:*
Of the available options under Openfire Server, which option should replicate the changes made for "Persistent" on the Configui. Current behavior: The changes made is NOT replicated on any of the options available on the Openfire Server.

5.For Conversation Logging, the changes are replicated successfully on the Openfire server..

Kindly Suggest.

Thanks,
Chitralekha.
