Not easy, as conferencing is under full control of a built-in FreeSWITCH application "mod_conference", and it expects to use the built-in FS MOH sources. I toyed with the idea of giving every user a corresponding FS MOH source, but that would be quite wasteful, as FS keeps all the MOH sources "running" in the background, i.e. for each MOH source, there's a FS channel playing that music all the time, just waiting for someone to join in to listen. That wouldn't be good for a 500 seat system, there'd be 501 "background" channels doing nothing but playing music to no-one! We could point the conference music to a single file, but once played that would be the end of it, it wouldn't repeat and it wouldn't be able to play more than one file. Now, if we were to replace mod_conference with our own app under sipXivr, it would be possible. I had assumed we'dve done that by now due to all the shortcomings of mod_conference (mainly not being under our control), but we haven't. --Woof! _______________________________________________ sipx-dev mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-dev sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
