It's a client side behavior. We don't have control over. But it can be
used to argue that it makes more senses to synchronize that changes into
sipXconfig other than overwrite them after.

I don't think it make much sense to allow for editing contact info in
the
client if it only lasts until one restarts the client. I'd rather not be
allowed to edit data than spend time on editing it only to find out that
all my changes are lost.
