If you enable 'Phone presence in IM status' you must see the 'on the
phone' notification in the xmpp status message of busy users. The fact
that you see 'Out for lunch' without the 'On the phone' complement while
a online user with 'Phone presence in IM status' enabled is on the phone
constitutes a bug.
