Auto-provisioning could make use of this, so it would be great to have
at least Polycoms and Nortel IP 12x0 phones covered in 4.2.

Keep in mind though that a User can have multiple CounterPath Bria
profiles, it just doesn't work well with the "cmcprov"
http://<hostname>:12000/cmcprov/login URL. (Because "cmcprov" only ever
loads the first Bria profile it finds for the User.)

Using the http://<hostname>/phone/profile/tftproot/<serial_#>.ini URL
directly allows the Bria to load a specific profile. It circumvents
"cmcprov". (Which also means there is no authentication check either.)

Unfortunately it's a little difficult to change the Login Server URL in
the current Bria. However, we expect this to be greatly improved in the
next Bria release. (See http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XTRN-624)
